When the market crashed a few years ago we decided to make a career change and ended up starting our car dealership. We are located in Lewisville, TX which is approximately 20 miles north of Dallas, TX. We operate our business in a professional and reputable manner. We are licensed and bonded in the State of Texas. We typically wholesale our cars, meaning we normally sell our inventory to other dealers. We have recently decided to add a retail component to our portfolio in an attempt to add another sales channel for our inventory. In the process, we hope to establish an eBay/online "buzz" regarding the quality of our inventory as well as our extremely low pricing. Our reserves are established by how much we know we can sell these cars at wholesale to other dealers. In other words, you have a great opportunity to truly purchase a car for wholesale pricing. We don't just say we sell at wholesale to the public for advertising or promotional purposes. We are accustomed to extremely thin margins and survive solely upon volume. If the car doesn't sell on this auction we can easily sell it to any number of our already established wholesale relationships. Typically the dealers we sell to will mark up the cars by thousands of dollars! Why not purchase from us and put it in your garage for thousands less? POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: We don't have any ridiculous "dealership fees" you will find from just about ALL other dealerships. We don't charge you anything in addition to the auction price, with the exception of any additional charges we incur. You will be charged .002133 of the purchase price to cover our Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT). In other words, a $10,000 purchase will have an additional charge of $21.33. That's it...no Documentary Fee, no Dealer Service Fee, etc. No smoke and mirrors from us! If you are a Texas resident, we are required by the State of Texas to collect the state sales tax (6.25%) as well as the registration fee ($77) and the county taxes ($33). There is no mark-up on these charges - this is exactly what all Texas dealerships pay - no more, no less. Any dealership that informs you differently is disguising additional income for their store. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We are more than happy to "bid" your shipping and provide multiple companies to choose from but it is up to you to finalize the delivery and pickup and arrange all payment(s). All of our cars are pre-owned. They are being sold as "as-is" condition. Typically our cars are still under factory warranty so we don't anticipate any problems. Keep in mind, we do not put a car on eBay with any problems that we are aware of that hasn't already been addressed or disclosed in our ad - it is simply not worth risking our reputation. We "cherry-pick" from our own inventory and wholesale anything we don't deem eBay worthy. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle was misrepresented by us or fails an on-site inspection performed by an industry professional. By bidding on one of our vehicles you are entering into a contractual obligation to purchase our vehicle if you are the winning bidder.
