1983 Suzuki GS

I purchased this from a 80 year old man in Tucson with roughly 10k miles and have owned it for several years. It is adult owned has roughly 24k miles now which I've put on mostly from cruising. Never dropped/tipped over. Clean AZ title. The paint is original with the exception of a few touch ups and details. Plastic in great shape with no cracks or broken tabs, etc. Tires are Metzelers but could stand to be replaced if going on trip. If you're familiar with these bikes you'll know the voltage regulators are often troublesome so I installed an Electrosport voltage regulator. The original never gave me any problems but I didn't want to take any chances since I mostly cruise long distances. Electrically the bike behaves as it should with all gauges and lights operating properly. Engine runs very strongly and it sounds solid without any leaks or weird noises. Engine has never been tampered with except for regular maintenance (oil changes, valve adjustments). Engine oil has never gone longer than 2500 miles since I've owned this and I run high quality Castrol full synthetic motorcycle oil. Transmission shifts properly and feels solid without any problems or strange noises. All brakes and rotors are in nice condition and operate as expected. Chain and sprockets are in great shape as well and has different sprockets installed than the originals. It has one tooth up on the countershaft and one tooth down from stock on the rear for more comfortable highway cruising. When I bought this bike I went through and installed a serviceable Uni air filter and installed OE intake rubbers, a Factoy Pro jet kit which helps the bike run much better than stock, new rubber engine mounts, and maybe a few other details I thought it needed. The man I bought it from said he put progressive fork springs in and had fork seals replaced at one time. Forks do not leak and hold air as should. I've serviced the fork oil several times. Also included is a Suzuki service manual which has been photocopied from an original, the original Owners manual and tool kit with chain lock but I don't have the key for. I will also include the original carb jets. Also has an aftermarket throttle lock for cruise control. I have tried to state the description as best as I could so please ask any questions if you have any. Deposit of $300 within 3 days and the rest in cash on pickup.
