I may regret doing this one day, but here it goes.....I am selling my 1986 Mustang SVO.... This is a true collector Fox body Mustang that has the respect of many drivers. The Mustang SVO was Fords "Factory Race Car" that was produced from 1984-1986, 1986 being the most desired year. This vehicle is in pristine shape. Car has been repainted the factory color with the best paints. Professionally painted due to the typical fading that occured with older Ford paints. The whole car is original otherwise with the exception of the heater core which was replaced last year. This car has leather interior in great shape, power everything that was offered (these cars came loaded with the only options being sunroof and radio choice). The SVO is one of a few cars that collectors are calling truely collectible late model Fords. I bought this car two years ago and sadly have to sell because moving and don't have the garage space. This car needs nothing and would drive anywhere. Car is a Missouri car and has NO RUST at all on car. Looked a long time myself to find one this nice. Handling was from Koni shocks and struts all around (stock) that were fully adjustable, 16" 5 -lug wheels, special upper and lower control arms and special rear suspension all STOCK from Ford. The SVO was years ahead of its time in electronics, power and performance. This car is a prime example of a car that you could drive to a car show and take 1st place. Looking to sell to a person that will care and use the car for their pleasure. Car has power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, 5-speed hurst shifter with world class t-5 transmission, 4 cylinder turbocharged-intercooled 210 hp engine, fuel select switch (allows to use regular fuel with lower boost), special articulated leather seats with lumbar and bolsters.
