Honda 90 Touring C 200 motorcycle year 1964 ,has compression ,did not see spark ,all cables work smoothly,shifter works ,kick starter works,twist throttle works smooth,tires hold air , spokes all there rims have minor surface rust,fenders good ,frame good ,seat is crusty, dent in top of tank ,tank is clean,side covers good , pictures is the bike you will recieve , no title can provide bill of sale great project to restore and be proud of .,buyer responsible for shipping or pick up, i can strap it to a skid for trucking company and deliver it local for ship at a dock .thanks for looking On Dec-03-10 at 11:31:39 PST, seller added the following information: hello there seems to be a title issue,i,m just finding out ,according to wisconsin dmv i have to do a surety bond ,with bill of sale and it could cost me 1 1/2 times value of a percent of such bike ,anyone know about this let me know tthanks ,so i guess unless your using for parts or confident you can title it,its ok to bid , if not let me know i dont want anyone to get stuck and cant title it thanks again jason
