For sale is my 1984 Ford Mustang GT 350 20th Anniversary Convertible!!! They made just over 5000 of these for the Anniversary of the Worlds pony car. All were produced by April 20th, this one was produced on March 21st, 1984. Car is all original body and engine, many new parts including all new shocks (including quad shocks), brakes (front and rear including the brake hardware), radiator (have original radiator if winner wants it) and hoses, coolant, transmission fluid, rear axle gear oil, A/C condensor, newer tires (original TRX at $500 per tire!!!), water pump, and more. The car is a piece of American history as the Mustang is America's original Pony car!! This is the car that celebrated the Anniversary. Only 567 were made with the 5-speed and V-8 convertible making this a VERY rare car. It runs and drives great, alignment is perfect, transmission shifts like it should, engine runs very healthy and has the 175hp V-8 (highest hp of its time in 84). If your looking for the next collectible or car show car, this is one to look at. This model comes with the 20th Anniversary plaque on the dashboard and the limited edition plaque in plastic NEVER ENGRAVED!!! THis is EXTREMELY hard to find and if you do, they get over $800 for it. Car is hiding nothing and I ask that if anyone wants to see it, please come and look at it. Body does have a few paint chips that were touched up. The undercarriage is in GREAT shape, no rust at all, looks practically new. Garaged its whole life where it was purchased in CA and then to Georgia in a climate controlled garage for 10 years. This is by far one of the nicest Anniversary cars nevermind Mustangs that you will find. These "four eye" cars are becoming more valueable by the year and even Mustangs and Fast fords said in a recent article that " the 20th Anniversary models and the early fox bodies are coming harder to find. Buy one and stick it away for retirement." I am selling this car because I just have too many vehicles for my needs and need to recoup some money from it. Cars options are: Power windows, brakes, locks, cruise, AM/FM cassette (original), TRX suspension package, power top, top cover for when retracted, power steering, traction lok rear (2.73 ratio), SVO style side mouldings, Recaro style seats (stock), Anniversary trim package. I have the "Emminger" report which is the original invoice for the car from Ford motor company. Shows the options, date of production, etc. Also included is the original dealer brochure for Mustang 1984, and the VERY sought after 20th Anny Press release from Ford Motor Company including pics of the car off the assembly line, and the document celebrating the Anniversary. All paperwork for the car goes with the car. This is a very good investment. Drive it to car shows, cruise nights, enjoy the sun and surf. As the car is 26 yrs old, car is sold as is, I have done everything possible to keep this vehicle riding like new and you will appreciate that if you are the winning bidder. Don't buy the underpowered automatic Mustang that has less power and less fun to drive than this classic 5-speed car...You won't find a better car for the money than this one when looking for an Anniversary car. The 84 correct wheel is installed on it now, previous owner liked the other style, (not sure why) and have the original wheel with my purchase. I re-installed the correct wheel in august of this year.
