Up for sale is a 2000 BMW M5. This car is in perfect mechanical condition. Do not be fooled by the high mileage on this car! I promise if you come and drive this car and get it inspected by any mechanic he will tell you it is in 100% mechanical condition. It is owned by a mechanic and my best friend is a certified BMW technician at Solon BMW which is why I have everything fixed in tip top shape. The car is completely stock. I have fixed many things on the car since I got it a few years ago. The front end has all new parts. All 4 control arms, stabilizer links, and tie rods. The same thing was done in the rear, new stabilizer links, new rear ball joints. I have replaced all the filters, including fuel, air, and cabin filters. The car is free of all leaks. I replaced the radiator, power steering hoses with the reservoir and filter. The car has new spark plugs. the clutch was done about 20,000 miles ago and feels like butter. Transmission shifts smoothly. The car currently has no oil leaks at all. I recently just got the valve cover gaskets, lower oil pan gasket, and front seal replaced. I always use BMW recommended 10W60 oil which is recommended on my car due to the production date. Some later 2000 model M5's require 5W30 bmw oil but not mine. Also just recently replaced the battery. It has AC Schnitzer exhaust tips and the exhaust sounds amazing! This car has never given me any performance or engine issues. Starts right up all the time and has it's full power at all times! All options work and all electrical buttons and systems work fine. No dash lights are currently on other then the check engine light. The only things the car needs are rear tires which are almost at the treadwear indicators, a left rear window regulator and the check engine light is currently on for a secondary air pump.The reason i didnt fix the check engine light is because it is strictly emission related and was able to pass e-check after requesting to hook the smog sensors to my car. If you want all these problems fixed after giving me a down payment we can work out all the above issues out and i will only charge you cost on parts and labor which I wouldnt mind if purchasing the car. I can even get tires at a great price.I manage and run a mechanic shop so all this would be no problem. Cosmetically the exterior paint shines after a simple car wash. The car has some very minor dents and scratches but nothing noticeable without visually inspecting the car. The front and rear bumper have a crack on it but again nothing even noticeable to someone that isnt looking for it. The interior is basically flawless. The instrument cluster has some pixels out but nothing to bad to where you cant make the words out. I have tried to list everything so there are no surprises at the end when picking up the car. Please feel free to stop by and look or test drive the car. Also please feel free to have this checked out by your mechanic as i have nothing to hide and would even feel more comfortable if you do. Again if you are interested in fixing the few minor things that need to be done i would have no problem doing it for you at my cost. It would come out way cheaper then if you walked in through the door somewhere else. Otherwise the car runs great and can drive across the country as is if need be. There is no other M5 you can buy for this kind of money that is in this great of mechanical shape. I am pricing car cheap because i need to sell quick as i need the money for schooling. When i was car shopping for these cars i drove many M5's with half the mileage of this one and were in much worst mechanical shape then mine. Remember these cars have all the same parts break down and they break around the 100-120k range. This car has had all its issues that an M5 would have at 100k and have already been taken care of.
