1992 GMC 4 x 4 SIERRA EXTENDED CAB PICKUP TRUCK No reserve - highest bidder wins! I bought this truck several years ago and have used it only for occasional use only. It has moved fridges, moved houses, hauled kids and pulled an occasional utility/snowmobile trailer. I bought it off a friend of mine who had it for years and drove it back and forth to work 30 miles. This is a solid and reliable truck. It seats 6 and has seat belts for all 6. The heat works great. It has remote keyless entry to lock and unlock the doors remotely and also has remote start. Yes, you can remote start the vehicle from 300 feet away. Works great. In fact nearly everything works great. The 4 wheel drive shifts right in, on the fly, with a quick throw of the floor shifter. The transmission was just recently rebuilt. There was actually nothing wrong with it. One day pulling out of the driveway the rear end locked up. When it did, it took something from the transmission output with it. I had the rear end replaced with all new gears and the transmission completely rebuilt. They could have just 'fixed' the transmission but it wasn'that much more to have the entire unit rebuilt. Something about taking it out anyway to clean out metal shavings. In any case, there goes another $1800. The bad: The cruise control no longer works and the A/C does not work. There is a leak of some fluid underneath, but it isn't too bad. There is rust around the rear wheel wells and also near the bottom of the doors. The pictures show it well. Underneath the truck is solid. Before you take this truck home, we will go for a drive and run it through it's paces! It starts right up, uses/burns NO oil between changes. It goes down the road straight, even with your hands off the wheel. It doesn't shake or shimmy. The brakes are smooth and stop the truck well. The truck has been very well maintained. I don't use it much but when I do, I want it to run and work well and not cause me problems. Clean and clear title in my name and in my hands!
