1971 Honda CB

Early model 1971 Honda CB750. Clean North Carolina title shows 1970 with the frame showing a 12/70 manufacture date (1971 model year). Frame number 1069889. Engine number CB750E-1070387. The paint on this bike is new with new NOS 1971 Tank emblems and new NOS side panel emblems. The chrome is incredible for a 40 year old machine and I can only see one tiny tiny scratch one the front fender and a few tiny scratches on the wheels from changing tires over the years. The tack and speedo covers have a period correct after market chrome cover that I wanted to leave on the bike because they look good. Alot of the bike has been polished like the side covers, front fork lowers and rear brake hub. She's a head turner.......... Tires are new with vintage tread Machine runs strong with the following new items: Floats (all 4) are new Carbs recently cleaned and synced Spark Plugs are new electronic ignition...(not new but worth mentioning) Air cleaner is new Clutch Cable is new Most of (98%) of the bolts are original This bike is turn key and ready to go. My next purchase was going to be the correct NOS rear shocks ($350 on EBAY) but I will leave that to the next owner. The shocks on the bike work really well but I wanted to keep the bike original. The exhaust is really nice and looks and sounds great. I live in Mooresville NC and I am willing to help with arrangements to ship the bike but the winning bidder is responsible for freight costs. The bike is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early.
