Ford Crown Vic. 2001 CNG. ( compressed natural gas ) This is a former Mesa Police car, in very nice condition, considering that it was a city car. White exterior with blue interior, no stains, rips, damage , in fact in excellent shape. All power , including seats, air conditioning work great and is cold cold cold. It has been detailed by Mesa P.D. prior to auction, not sure why as there were about 20 car sold , this was the only car detailed. There are no dents in the car, and minor imperfections from decal removal, along with scratch marks from the use of a razor blade. The car runs great, no problems with the engine, or transmission. Every power option works including seats, windows, radio etc. Has rear seats but no door panels, all window hardware present.. Again remember only 76,400 miles....That is the good , now the ??? This is a dedicated CNG car, not flex fuel, or anything else. It will only take Natural gas, which is a good thing because natural gas is less than $ 2.00 a gallon. This car and every car sold by this agency has had the gas receptical disabled??? I have no idea why. Therefore you will need to locate this part to be able to get gas... I suggest a Ford dealer, junkyard, etc. I am priceing the car accordingly... The buy it now price is $ 1800.00. I have told you everything I know about the car, and unlike some dealers in Texas , and he knows who he is, I am not yanking your chain about cars with low mileage recently painted ( bent hood?? ) questionable mileage, etc. The car is what it is, and will make a good dependable car. I havent seen a carfax yet but I was told the car had an accident at some point in the past, although it isnt obvious anywhere on the car. Before I forget the car has 2 working spotlights, and a rhino push bumper that does NOT go with the car. thanks
