Selling my Running and Driving 1969 AMC Javelin SST 232 3 Speed Manual Transmission on the floor project vehicle. This car has a Clear Nevada Title in my name. Actual miles unknown. Runs and drives, primed the carb with a little gas and it fired right up and I drove it around the yard (October 17, 2010). It will need complete restoration to include carpet (I removed the carpet and the floor pans are solid), headliner, interior (the seats were redone about six years ago - the fronts and the rear bottom are still good - had seat covers on them, but the rear seat top is sun baked and will need recovered), body and paint. Very SOLID project car - has rust through in the lower rear quarters but I have aftermarket patch panels that go with the car. Perfect for someone that wants to be different. Many car shows are limited to cars made in the 1972 year and older like the famous Hot August Nights Car Show here in the Reno Nevada area - this car is a great candidate for that type of restoration!!! Bucket front seats, Ralley Sport factory steering wheel, manual drum brakes all around, power steering, factory steel wheels. The brakes were all done about six years ago - new reproduction rear wiring harness and front end was rebuilt about 5 years ago with less than 1,000 miles on the car since then - the master cylinder was replaced about a year ago. I have plenty of other AMC parts vehicles so please see my other auctions for parts you need, chances are I have them. AMC engines (I-6 232, I-6 258, V-8 290, V-8 304, V-8 343, V-8 360, V-8 401 from cores to rebuilt engines for sale). Was going to drop in the rebuilt 401 and a T-5 but my focus has changed to my 64 Rambler Classic project so offering this Javelin up for sale - I am in no hurry to sell so no low-ball offers - only serious reasonable offers considered.
