1975 Honda CB

Offering up a 1975 Honda CB400F Super Sport motorcycle. This has the original Honda Ruby Red tank, black side cover's and that beautiful four into one exhaust. I just put brand new OEM throttle cables A and B on her, sale also includes the new OEM clutch cable, a set of plugs (4), the original Honda issued owner's manual in plastic sleeve, a Haynes manual, a bill of sale, the key and the rare chrome rear luggage rack. Bike has a few nic's and scrapes. There is a little rust on some of the spokes,wheels and frame. There are two small dents in the tank, one on each side. Not noticeable from 3' away, but there all the same. Thanks to interested e-bayer's who have asked good questions...I want to portray the bike for what it is. For being 35 years young, bike has faired well through the years and has been properly stored and cared for. This is not a concourse show bike but a really nice vintage riding classic example. I am very picky, and some would say this could be a "local" show bike. Show/smoe..., get this little beast running and ride it. I can't imagine more fun than to hear this bikes FOUR carb's kick in. I regret selling this but have too many projects and so little time. Could part it out and make twice what I'm asking, but would prefer someone give her the TLC she deserves and cherish. Some would say this particular bike is the essence of what a motorcycle should be. Think about it, this bike was when Honda was in it's prime in research and development, still, and build quality...yes I'm a Honda fan...but I like ALL bikes. Honda was competing with the RD350, Suzuki GT's, and Kawi triples, yet this model is so more refined at 10,000rpm's! This bike qualify's as a Standard, naked bike, sport, sport touring, vintage crotch rocket/yet refined, track bike...and the list goes on. This Super Sport could be a real head turner as can be seen by the close up photo's. The rear chrome luggage rack, made for this model is very rare and a bonus! The exhaust pipe is a Mac, looks like header is original and solid. Bike will require the routine maintenance from being in storage. Bike kick's over with good compression. These rare vintage Honda's are gaining value everyday and are better than money in the bank. Please ask any questions before bidding. Some interested buyer's/collectors gave me what they thought the current value of the bike is in it's current condition, and I concur.
