THIS IS A 1984 HONDA GOLDWING GL1200 ASPENCADE. I got this bike from the previous owner about a month ago. it was stored in a climate controlled storage unit for the past year since it was last used-- while it was in storage he took everything off, pulled off the wheels and had brand new tires put on(stickers are still on the tires) threw the wheels back on and never put everything back on it. He is in the process on moving and couldnt take it with him and asked me to take it off his hands. when i got the bike everything--all bags, seat, tank cover were off the bike. i put them back on just so they wouldnt take up my whole garage. the rotors are off of it and the brake cailpers are not bolted on. the keyswitch was removed to get a new key for it but never reinstalled--it might need to be replaced as it doesnt look complete to me. this is a bit of a project fixer upper not a get on it and ride bike--things need to be bolted on and plugged in here and there so be ready to do a little wrenching and bolting on of some pieces. it has a lcd dashboard which i can't turn on so i have no idea of the actual mileage--i was told it is "very low" but honestly i have no way of knowing how much is on it. i have the rotors, the lower fairing pieces, all the nuts and bolts, bits and pieces that were removed from the bike and they are in a few boxes and all go with the bike. the bike is not running now, but ran fine when last used. it will need a good top to bottom going over and all the stuff put back on in. perfect bike to put everything back on and ride or can be used as a complete parts bike for little money. I can't promise he will get it--he told me he is working on it but I've been down that road before with people and sometimes they don't come through, sometimes they do--if i get the title i will mail it to whoever buys the bike, but no promises.(i keep calling him so hopefully he will get sick of me and finally get the ball rolling) selling it as is the way you see it.
