This is a very rare, high quality collectors car. You do not often see them with all the essentials in one package. With that said, let me tell you why; to start, Chrysler produced only 178 of these 340-4 barrel automatic convertibles. To break it down, this is a numbers matching car with a numbers matching motor, trans and body panels. This car comes with the original build sheet and indicates this is an A66 car which is a high performance package which includes 11 inch drum brakes, sport hood, F70-14 size tires, rally suspensions, heavy duty torsion bars, and sway bars. Another great option you do not often see in a convertible is an H51 Factory installed Air Conditioning unit. In addition, this car has Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Top, Console Bucket Seats, AM Radio, Chrome Exhaust tips, Dual Chrome Mirrors, Rally Dash with working clock. (Non-quartz movement) This all adds up to a great car and a pleasure to drive! Everything works on this car as it should, lights, radio, switches gauges, etc. One great thing about this car is the way it drives and handles. As you can see from the pictures, the original trunk floors are amazing, the structure of the car is very tight, solid and sound. It is one of the tightest E-body convertibles you might drive. The interior is beautiful and looks like new, with no tears, rips or cracks anywhere. The convertible top is like new. The body lines are super straight. The doors open and close perfectly and the paint is slick, smooth and has a high gloss finish. There are no chips, scratches or abrasions on the paint. The only mark is a stress crack by the deck lid, as you can see in the pictures, which is common among convertibles. The chrome all around is like new; the stainless steel is bright and shiny and the taillight bezel is new and looks great! Underneath the car is highly detailed as shown.
