Vehicle Detail
Newly restored 1963 Plymouth Fury... This 550 hp beauty has never seen a midwest winter and has spent all of it's days on the west coast...Extremely solid with no rust issues...Shipped to Michigan recently for a full restoration... This is an Awesome Mopar. Has a clear Michigan title...Licensed and street driven...Never in any accidents... Has a solid rust-free body, fenders, hood, doors and trunk ...floor panels were professionally replaced...Freshly painted in Imron an extremely bright Classic White...The shine on this car is fantastic...The finish does not show up properly in these pictures because they were taken in bright sunshine...Freshly rechromed bumpers...All stainless professionally polished...Professionally refinished Grille, Lower Grille Panel, headlamp and taillamp bezels, All new weatherstrips, windlace, window wiskers and trunk seal. Motor is a 1968 440...0.040 over with TRW forged flat tops (0.06 below deck) - Ported and Polished 906 heads shaved to 76cc's...Final compression ratio is 9.9:1...MP mechanical .528 cam with full roller rockers...Balanced Rotating assembly...Forged Crank turned 0.10 on mains and rods...LY Rods w/new APR bolts...1/2 inch oil pickup with high volume pump and 7 qt pan...No expense spared on this engine build with a Mopar M-1 intake, racing double pumper carb, and ceramic coated headers...The exhaust is a pair of cherry bombs exiting at the rear axle...The sound of the lope at idle is pure adrenalin...Aluminum radiator with switched aux. electric fan and trans cooler...Aluminum water pump and housing...Full MSD ignition with a pro-billlet dist. You will not be disappointed with this Mopar...Everything is fresh and there are only break-in miles since being restored...This car runs great on premium pump gas...Has never been cut-up - no fuel cell, welded in roll bar, or mini-tubs to detract from the ultimate value of the car...Detailed trunk with rear mounted battery and all H.D. cables with cut-off switch...All new tires mounted on vintage magnesium rims. All brakes, suspension, brake lines and fuel lines have been replaced...New shocks and springs...Frame is tied...GEARVENDERS TYPE 727 OVER DRIVE TRANS with Transgo shift kit, a 2600 stall converter and even a trans brake...The rear end is a 8 3/4" sure grip with a 4:30 gear...The rear axle shafts are the new style one piece, so the original tapered axles are gone. And It also has a modern "slip yolk" style driveshaft, so the original ball and trunion style is gone. All new interior with lightweight Super Stock style bucket seats and heater and radio delete...Custom switch bezels mounted in the instrument panel are one of a kind and are a crowd favorite...Stewart Warner gauges...Interior is completely detailed to show quality. Also, I will throw in the original bucket seats (real nice), a stock AM radio with nice bezel and a full-size fiberglass Max Wedge hood scoop... This is my rock-bottom price - I will take it off the market when this auction ends. Car is located in Lincoln, Mi 48742...approx 3.5 hours north of Detroit...If you need a shipping quote try www.showcartrans.com or call them at 248-925-7552 - They shipped my Hemi Belvedere from Scottsdale Arizona, door-to-door in an enclosed trailer and they were very reasonable. I will not release the car until paid for in full...I prefer cash...A bank check will have to be held until cleared... You could not build a Mopar like this one for my asking price, not to mention all the time involved getting the car to this level...In a good economy this is a $35,000 Plus car. Thanks for looking...SuperSportJoe.
