For sale is a stunning 1999 996 low mileage cabriolet in a rare bright burgundy color. A hard top is included along with a front leather bra and a Porsche dust cover. The mileage is 38981 as of Oct 8, 2010. I don't have to tell any Porsche enthusiast that 1999 was the first year with water-cooled cylinder heads and an extended wheel base. The enging runs like a Swiss watch and the close-ratio transmission is a perfect match. This 996 has a very smooth ride without giving up any of the superb Porsche handling qualities. The interior is almost like new and the exterior is near perfect with the exception of some very minor road chips on the front end.
