Vehicle Detail
This is a car with only 63,137 original miles and a very clean interior and exterior. I am the second owner of the car and from what I understand the orginal owner let the car sit in a garage for most of its life. However, the car does need a lot of engine work to be road-worthy again. The car does start up and run but it should not be driven. I orginaly bought the car with the intent of fixing it up and restoring it but because my first priority as a college student is my education I have not had the time, money, or energy needed to spend on this car to get it going again. Furthermore because my parents are tired of seeing it on their drive way I do not have the space to store it until after I am done with school to fix it up. This would be a good project for someone who likes to restore or tinker with older cars in good condition and get them running again. Interior wise, everything works: power windows, power locks, digital cluster, digital speedometer, a/c, radio, power antenna, original keyless entry, overhead display, power mirrors, etc. From what I can tell this car was sold with all the bells and whistles when it was brand new in 1990. Even the back seats look as if they have not been sat in. The only thing wrong with the interior is that the headliner is starting to sag just a bit, the front console has a tear in it, and the driver visor has some small holes in it which are things that can be replaced for a pretty low price. I hate to get rid of this car because I believe over a period of time the Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme International could very well be a classic car given that Oldsmobile is no longer made and that the Cutlass was very popular in its day; furthermore, there were not very many Internationals sold during the production of this Cutlass model. The body and paint are in very good shape considering the age of the car and it is a two tone combination of silver on the bottom and white on the top with pin-striping all of which are original. The tires are all in good shape, the wheels still look nice, all the trim is intact, there are no cracks in the windows, and there is no rust on the car. Overall the body is very solid and the interior is very clean. Once again the car needs engine work to be road-worthy and run like it did in 1990; however, the body and interior are in very nice condition.
