1923 Model T Ford Coupe Formerly owned by the famous country singer Tanya Tucker and her father, the car appears to have had a cosmetic restoration 10 to 15 years ago. The excellent unpainted original body wood and floor boards indicate that this was a very original survivor when the metal was painted. Minor original fender and body dings and normal wear appear to have been simply painted over. The undercarriage has some surface rust, not uncommon for an unrestored 87 year old car built on July 7, 1923. The car has a starter and it appears that the engine and drive train were rebuilt at one time. The owner originally purchased the car for display purposes, due to its ties with the Tucker family. The former owner claimed that the car ran great. The wheels have been striped and repainted with the spokes varnished. Five new white tires were installed ($1000). The car has been kept in a climate controlled garage. The name and phone number of the previous owner and the connection to the Tucker family will be provided to the winning bidder.
