Today I am listing this super rare and unique 1958 Cadillac Camper. The conversion from a hearse to a camper was done in the 60's (before I was born so don't yell at me for converting a hearse). This is the only 1958 hearse conversion I have seen and would make you the envy of everyone at the campground or tailgater! This rv needs a total restoration. It does run off of a seperate fuel source, but is in no way driveable right now. The brakes need to be redone and I have never drove it, just heard it run. The body is in really nice shape. The hood has some rust along the front lip and one little spot on each door. The passanger door also needs new hinges. The floors are great. The inside of the camper needs some work in the overhead sleeping area where the panneling has damage from moisture and mice. Wouldn't be hard though as it is just panneling. Now think about how cool this will be next summer after a little work to be cruising around in the super rare, attention getting, crazy cool vintage camper. We trailerd this camper home on a 20 foot trailer across Iowa and every town we went through people just stared. I even watched as a person at a bar went back inside and brought others out to see it while we were at a stop light.
