You are looking at a 1960 Ford F-100 Shortbox Sweptside Pickup Truck. This truck is a documented life long California rust free truck. Let me repeat, life long California, rust free truck. It has a 292 V8 3-speed manual with overdrive. I bought this truck some time ago with the intentions of restoring it. I just have too many projects. This truck has been a looker and a fun truck to drive around. Everywhere I go it gets fun looks. It's hard to beat the colors of turquoise and ivory and this truck really is pretty darn good for an original. I think it's had some touch up paintwork done, but by and large, what you see is what this truck is. It has a dent along the one door, a small dent in the right rear of the box, it's missing the floormat, the tail gate has several small dents. The truck is 50 years old...and it's a fantastic rust free survivor truck. Make no mistake, you can absolutely drive this truck and have fun with it just the way it sits...these are getting harder and harder to find. I looked at 25-30 trucks before I bought this one. Again, make no mistake, this truck would need restoration in order to be show quality. It has tired paint with several chips. The grille would need to be rechromed, etc. However, the truck is 98% complete and original. I'm selling this truck no reserve and starting the bidding low so everybody can have fun.
