For sale is a 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury with only 57,429miles showing on the odometer. Originally a big block, stickcar, we purchased this vehicle with the intent to restore/possiblyrace in a Max Wedge class, but have since decided to race a Hemiclass car so we are going in a different direction. This Fury is fairlycomplete, with original interior included. We have started the repairprocess on this vehicle, pulling the interior out and storing it in a heatedstorage building. The Floor pans have been replaced by a professionalbody shop with vehicle-correct aftermarket pans. This Fury includes 2 hoods (1 very nice and 1 with the original moldings), 2 grilles and headlamp door sets, and a driver-quality front bumper. In this auction, we arealso including a brand new S&W 10-point roll bar and a very clean set ofHooker SuperComp 5320 Adjustable SlipTube Race Headers. This Furydoes not include motor, transmission, or driveshaft, but the OE rear endis still in the vehicle. The body side-moldings and rear trunk deck moldingshave been removed and stored in a heated storage building also as the rightside rough-in sheet metal repair work has been done. All that remains is forthe left side sheet metal work, and general overall refinishing. Also includedin this auction is a rebuildable 50,000 mile 413 engine core and a 426 street wedge intake and carburetor in good condition. This Fury is sold on Bill ofSale only as unfortunately I do not have the state title for it. Of course as anyone may know, obtaining a title for this vehicle through the state of Georgia is quite easy, even if you are not a state resident. The rear bumper, tail lamps, front bumper, grill & headlamp buckets have also been pulled off the car and put into heated storage for protection during the vehicle repair process as well. On a side note, all the glass is in excellent shape on this vehicle and the frame rails are nice and solid.
