1969 Mustang convertible. This is a beauty...black beauty. I've owned it for 8 years and it's been a great and very dependable summer cruiser for me and my family. Starts right up every time. needs nothing. Brand new tires, brakes, shocks and rebuilt C4 transmission. The 351W motor was rebuilt about 2000 miles ago and runs strong with a completely new exhaust and new rear chrome tips. New front and rear bumpers. The panels, floors and rails are all solid, no signs of rust. 351W, C4 trans, deluxe interior, original white interior no rips, stains, cracks or holes in the seats or door panels, woodgrain dash, magnum 500 wheels. This car is your typical headturner. I've gotten at least two thumbs up every time I take it out. I'm selling due being a victim of the bad economy plus no money to store it for the winter BUT please no low-ball offers. These picts are a couple yrs old. It now has magnum 500 rims. I will post more pictures soon. Car is in storage right now. The only current issues are the dash gauges (gas, oil pressure and voltage reg) work sporatically, I changed out the circuit board but it must be a ground wire somewhere. It's a common issue on these cars and an easy fix, just don't have the time right now. Sorry, it was too cold up here in Maine to wash and detail the car. It's a little dusty from storage so it needs a good wash and detail throughout. Here are the answer to some questions: It has manual steering. I actaully prefer that. No leaks. I do have a used complete power steering setup with the pump that I'll let go for an extra $200. The rear end is an 8" and I think I was told 3.25 gears. For some reason the brake lights don't work right now. they did last time I used the car..??? I'm thinking it's the same ground issue causing the gauges not to work, as noted in orig. description. Yes, I can store it for up to 4 weeks while you find a transporter.
