i am selling it as a parts/project jeep because, you have to tow or trailer it, when asked whats wrong with it,in reply to those that think its a quick fixer upper my reply is(its 30 years old). its got frame rust in the rear and air in the brake lines.its ready to tow.it has a towbar.i siphoned out the stale gas and the tank is bone dry.the 1974 304v8 has 130psi on all cylinders and 60psi oil pressure,i have not started it since 2007 its sat do to it needs a timing chain.it has manual steering,it comes with a new steering shaft in the box.there is only 3k miles on the tires bfg 33's new clutch,starter,holley carb,hei distributer,tow bar,plastic molded halfdoors,full soft doors. the bestop softop is new but missing the spreader bar for the rear and door support braces. the tilt nose has prop rods that store in the rear of the jeep,this makes it easy to accsess the engine by yourself, it takes two people to put it all the way up.the tub sits on 2 1/2 inch lift spacers. if your lookin to upgrade your steel body cj with this body and parts its a upgrade kit,ready to roll. the 1974 304 engine is in unmolested original condition. the tranny & transfer case are good. the reason i got this cj in 2005 was the tilt nose, never having to bend over a hood again ,and being only 11ft long,it and my quad fit in the same space as my pickup did in the garage. for more info 614-557-1699 i am david 4pm-11pm or email offroadmapsohio@hotmail.com will reply in evenings. this is my first sale on ebay, but i have had 2 accounts in 5 years with 60 purchases and a 100%positive feed back
