Up for auction is 1962 ford thunderbird custom, I have had it for several years working on it, but times are hard so I have to sell, I will start with the motor, I pulled it when I got the car had all the machine work done at Gable engine in akron new rings, bearings, heads done, new Comp cams cam mid. range, new Edlebrock 4 barrel intake Mid range as well matched with cam (summit raceing helped with recomendations) and a new edlebrock 650 cfm carb on top as well. engine purs like a kitten and will leave you without tires if you get to happy with the pedal. the rearend is a stock 9 inch and the stock transmission. The wireing is all new under the hood with a new alternator and the old stile genorator removed. has new high flow water pump with a new Griffin radiator. Also has new transmission cooler. Put a new master cylender on it with new brake lines and brakes all around. The rims are new torque thrust II with brand new yokohomo tires. The windsheild is impact resistant poly carbonate (used by nascar) Exhaust is custom tucked under with dual cherry bombs on the ends. the bumbers have been chromed. As you can see the top has been lowered with a lot of custom work being done the finish on the car is black epoxy primer it needs blocked just a little more before you add the final coat. The interior needs finished have all the parts. I have a brand new power stearing pump I havent put it in yet all the come with the car. The car runs great, the brakes need bled and it needs an alignment.
