1983 Alfa Romeo GTV6 Classic Alfa Styling! Here's a nice find in great shape for this 27 year old sports car. V6 2.5 liter engine with 5 speed manual transmission. Car runs, drives and handles well. Nice Silver exterior with Black leather interior. Euro styled headlights and bumpers, Factory Alloy rims, and factory manual sunroof. No accidents on the body and NO RUST as well. Engine was power washed and cleaned. INTERIOR: For the most part the interior is in decent condition with no cracks on the dash or console. All gauges are workingincluding the clock. Stereo was replaced with SONY detachable face Cassette stereo with ALPINE speakers AND a SONY CD CHANGER mounted in the trunk. All work well. No missing pieces on the steering wheel. Front seats are intact with no rips but rear seats do have rips on lower cushions. Door panels are intact as is the headliner and sunroof area. Power windows work although the driver's side is a little slow. FLAWS: I have the spare tire, but not the rim. Trunk lid does not stay up and needs the "shock absorber thing" replaced. Paint on roof has some worn spots on the driver's edge and sunroof area. Front edge of hood/nose does have a dent (see pics). Windshield has a crack on passenger side. A small piece is missing from black edge moulding on driver's side. Rear seats has seam side rips on lower cushions, AC does not work and one of the vent "slats" is missing. Driver's inner and out door handles have a temporary mechanical replacement, but do work. Some parts of the rear of the car has "white overspray tiny dots" that are noticeable on the dark trim areas, but it's also on the paint. I'm sure a good polish can remove it. Vehicle is currently registered and has a clean title. It also comes with the Original owner's manual, jack, and tool in Alfa case.Overall it's a good example of the Alfa model. N.A.D.A car value is from: $6,600-$10,00. This Alfa is not just a car purchase, but an investment. I go through the car and do a check list of what is working or not, and any defects. I also drive the car for a few days to see how she "feels". Car was bought at a Benefit sale and title is in the name of the donor (the previous owner), But it's signed by them, and I have the bill of sales that go with it.
