You are bidding on a 1950 Chevrolet Deluxe Fleetline. Car has been stores inside for the last 5 years. Car has been refinished but don't know when. Exterior is in nice condition as well as the interior. This is a 6 cylinder car with a 3 speed on the column. I just bought from an estate, had to put new battery in, drain old gas out and clean filters to make get it in running condition. I'll let the pictures show how nice the car really is but please ask any and all questions before bidding. Buyer must give a $500 deposit within 24 hours of end of auction and must arrange for pickup or delivery which must be done within 10 days. In the first picture above the front wheel it is a reflection or shadow there. On Oct-11-10 at 14:56:38 PDT, seller added the following information: Note: I did drain the old gas, clean the fuel filter and blow out the lines then started the car and drove it a couple miles is all. I then had to clean the filter out again as it had some crud in it. I'm sure down the road this will need done again unless someone else has a better way. The numbers on the fire wall tag if I read them right are; Style No 50-1008, Body No Ag 3600, Trim 171, Paint 426, Top Acc. Another number I founs on the engine was 3835527. The door tag read 8HKE- 25900. I checked under the rockers and they were in really good condition. Windshield wipers work. Headlights work, Taillights work but one bulb is out. Some weather trim around a couple windows needs replaced. I also checked with NADA for the average retail price on these cars as I don't know anything about them and the average low retail price is $3,200. The medium average retail price is $6,600 and the average high retail price is $9,200. I'd say mine is around average condition as it is not a show car but would be a great parade car or a Sunday driver. I also forgot to mention I do have the car advertised locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
