Vehicle Detail
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! You are bidding on a 91 CRX Si. Last year it was produced. Interior is in near mint condition! The driver's side seat has a couple of tiny holes. Very minor. The exterior is in excellent condition. There is a minor ding on the driver's side rear quarter panel. See photo. There are also some scratches on the rear bumper. Can be eliminated with a professional detailer. It is 20 years old and has some minor dings near the door moldings from other people opening their doors, but it is barely noticeable. Please see photos, I did what I can to show every angle of the car. INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION IS A BRAND NEW HONDA OEM SUNROOF PANEL! See photo. The sunroof panel on the car has some very minor rust around it. As of approximately one year ago, i have not been able to open the sunroof. If you hit sunroof switch, it moves about a half inch only. I never used the sunroof so i never bothered to have it looked at. The car also has very rare OEM fog lights with the OEM foglight switch, which is next to the sunroof switch. The foglights work. See photo. Mechanical: I have a couple of receipts that date back to January 28, 2010 to reflect the work that was done. The following is a list of things that I have done: 1. New timing belt; 2. Water pump; 3. CAM seal; and 4. Crank seal. On March 17, 2010 a new clutch kit was installed. A couple of months later, the car would not start, i had it towed back to the mechanic, and he installed a new distributor. Just a month ago, I installed a new Bosch Reman starter. The car drives excellent!! In between the time I did the timing belt and clutch, the A/C stopped working. The problem was the a/c compressor. Estimate for new a/c compressor was $400 parts and labor. But my main focus was on maintaining the mechanical aspect of the vehicle. Car does have rear disc brakes. Keep in mind, since january I have spent nearly $1,500 in maintenance. Bottom line, the car is mechanically sound, body and interior excellent and if your looking to stay cool, it just needs an A/C compressor. The above description/photos represents what you would be getting should you win/purchase the vehicle.
