Everything Works Perfectly - No Surprises View All Full-Size Images About This Vehicle You are bidding on a rare "fully loaded" 2002 Lincoln Blackwood with only 41K original miles. It comes complete with a rare "double extended" transferable "bumper to bumper" factory warranty (details below). I am the original lessee, now owner of this vehicle, and have always driven and maintained it in the best possible manner. With the exception of the rims, all equipment is 100% factory original. Overall this Blackwood is in excellent condition and everything works perfectly. The winning bidder will be very satisfied! This is a 2WD luxury style vehicle with a 5.4L FI 8-cylinder 32-valve engine, which produces (factory) 300HP. It has an electronic 4-SPD automatic transmission w/ overdrive and is equipped with the optional 3.73 ratio limited slip rear axle. It has been dealer maintained and runs excellent. You can expect a very smooth ride and surprisingly great handling. The exterior is in beautiful condition all around. There are no dings, dents or scratches. The rims were purchased new in late 2006 and are in great shape. They have some minor pitting near the outer spoke crevices but no peeling anywhere. The interior is in great condition. Its super clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and very classy. There are no rips, stains or bad odors. There are a few very minor scuffs on the plastic molding. The power moonroof molding and headliner are like new and it has never leaked. This vehicle was used primarily for long distance traveling on rare occasions. The low mileage is also about 90% highway driving in non-mountainous regions. I've never used any fuel in this vehicle that was under a 91 octane rating. The included HD Class III/IV trailer tow package has never been used. This vehicle has never failed an annual safety or emissions test. A 2004 recall related to possible overheating of the cruise control module was fixed. A new Sears DieHard Gold 850 CCA battery was installed less than one year ago. New front brake pads and wiper blades were installed in early July 2010. This warranty is valid through 9/09/2012 or to an odometer reading of 76,971 miles. That is 35,524 additional miles of coverage from the current reading. This represents the remainder of the original 3 year/36,000 mile warranty purchased on 9/09/2009 at 40,971 miles. This is the second extended warranty on this vehicle. It was specially offered to me due to the vehicles low mileage and excellent condition. The original cost was $2,500. This is the very best warranty Ford offers. It covers parts and labor for practically anything that could go wrong. The few exceptions are "normal wear" items such as brake pads, tires, fluids, filters, bulbs, etc. It also does not cover lens covers, rims or physically caused damage. Regardless of the problem the deductible is only $100. The transfer process will be completed by me over the telephone with Ford. A copy of the "Buyers" valid, state-issued driver's license will need to be faxed or emailed after close of auction. I will consider the $40 fee Ford charges for the transfer as "included" in the final auction price. Accident/Damage History This vehicle has never been in a "moving collision". However in two separate incidents, both in a parking lot, it has incurred some body damage. All repairs received Allstate certifications. The first incident (2003) caused some damage to the passenger front fender and mirror. Each part was replaced with identical new factory items. The second incident (2007) involved light key scratches. Both repairs I feel were done as close to perfection as possible and are completely undetectable. Title Information (View Title) (View Lien Release) The title of this Blackwood shows a lien holder but the vehicle paid in full. Upon transfer, the "Buyer" will be given by me, the original lien release certificate issued from Ford Motor Credit Company. This certificate, in conjunction with the current title, is 100% valid for titling/registering of the vehicle at your local state DMV/DOR. Payment Terms A deposit of $500 (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax or email a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 days. Payment MUST be verified during banking hours before I will release the vehicle or title. This includes payment by cashier's check or any other "secured" funding source. An in-bank transfer (in my local area) or direct deposit is also welcomed ("Buyer" pays fee). Winning bidder MUST communicate with me by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If I cannot confirm your intention to buy within 48 hours, I reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Shipping/Pick-Up Information Before the vehicle is released for pick-up or shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller". The "Buyer" must provide all paperwork required by their local DMV/DOR that requires the "Sellers" signature (Except if being registered in NYS). All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. I will assist with your shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my property. All shipping assistance provided by me is strictly a courtesy. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of the vehicle will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with me.
