Have reciepts for 15 years worth of service and parts with thousands spent this past summer. New: undercarriage sandblasted/epoxy primed/repainted Black $300.00. New Brakes all the way around including new lines $500.00. Original Radiator Cleaned-Tested $85.00. New Gas Tank,sending unit (3/8"),straps $400.00. Original Heads rebuilt $300.00. Original Powerglide Rebuilt $300.00. New Comp Cam-lifters and springs $300.00. New Pertronix Flame thrower breakerless conversion for Mallory Distributer $130.00 including matching coil - Distributor was $150.00 when new. New Oil pump,Water Pump,Fuel Pump,Engine Gaskets $350.00 including New Copper seal Header and Collector gaskets. New Battery and Cables $100.00. New 2800 Stahl convertor $300.00. Mechanicals and electricals in top shape. Interior is decent for cruising as is - and is complete. Body is also very good with minimal rust in rear quarters - has had both lower rear sections replaced during it's lifetime. Frame is SOLID and the Body mounts are SOLID, some issues with pan rust yet to be addressed. This would be your typical High School Car from your youth - and they ALL looked like this. You can do this car up anyway you want - stock original (loose the engine chrome and wheels) - sell the 283 - put in a Big Block - Pro Tour it - Pro street it - Super Sport clone it - or just enjoy it as is with the patina it has.
