1973 VW Karmann Ghia What a find! This is the ideal candidate for a restoration because most of the hard work has already been done! Fresh from the paint shop, this Ghia has a brand new paint job in original color. The car was involved in a minor accident with damage to the rear and some front, and has been fixed and repainted. The engine has been rebuilt and has about 30,000 miles. The manual 4 speed transmission shift with ease. The odometer states 27K miles but has rolled over. The car has all the glass, with working window regulators. Tires are in good shape. The interior is complete, with seats, dash and working original radio! The electrical has been fixed and all electrical components work.SOME THINGS IT NEEDS: The exterior work has been done, and will just need to be color sanded and buffed. The suspension in the front needs attention since its a bit rough in the drive. The car needs new brakes. Some window seals are missing, some chrome side moldings and trunk moldings.
