I'm not desperate to sell the Interceptor as it doesn't make or break the deal by any means, but I figured if someone wants it I'll let it go. I also never ride the thing, so I figure it might as well go to someone who will. The bike had an extensive service performed in March of 2010 at Honda Marysville, and I have the receipts. Here's what was completed 03/06/2010, at 18,573 Miles: -Valves Checked, all in spec -Coolant Flush -Front/Rear Brake Fluid Flush -Clutch Fluid Flush -Engine Oil/Filter changed -New Rear Brake Pads, Front pads well-within spec -Brand New Dunlop Qualifier Rear Tire -Brand New Dunlop Qualified Front Tire (03/09/2010) Mechanically, this bike would rate an A+ thanks to the service above. Since it has been 6 months, I would recommend the new buyer change the oil, or I can have it done prior to the sale. Cosmetics: This is a great looking bike with some minor cosmetic flaws. -The left side has a small scuff from a tipover on hot pavement while on the center stand. This happened to the previous owner. -Additionally, the day I rode it home from the major service above, it was 35 degress outside and the front tire slid out during a slow right turn; consequently, as seen in photos, the right side has some scrapes and a couple cracks (note: this is why I had the front tire replace on 03/09/10. Didn't trust the one that was on there after the spill). It is held together perfectly well, everything is there, but nevertheless it isn't perfect anymore -Other than that, just a couple scuffs here and there which are extremely minor. -NOTE: The bike has a Two Brothers carbon slip-on, and it sounds awesome. It isn't too loud, just sounds great -The seat is stock pan/foam but a Second Look cover with the textured grip vinyl, and the Tailbag will be included with the sale, as well as the owners manual, both keys, and my service receipts OVERALL: If you are looking for a good, reliable, fuel-injected sport tourer at a great price then you need not look any further. This bike functions perfectly in every way. It's rock solid and ready to go! I do have a small loan on it at Honda Federal Credit Union in Marysville, OH, and they hold the title in-house so the buyer can simply meet me there for the entire transaction (payoff, title notarized, done) *I pride myself on my eBay auctions being honest and accurate. Please take a few minutes to check my feedback and see I've bought/sold many vehicles and motorcycles through eBay over the years and have never had a problem. Thanks for looking, and feel free to contact me! * On Oct-04-10 at 10:50:09 PDT, seller added the following information: Additionally, nobody has asked yet but these are common questions so I figured I would address them: -The tank is clean inside (no rust) -The fork seals do not leak. This is a very lightly used bike which is why it is so mechanically sound. I never took the bike above 7,000 RPM's during my riding; not intentionally, but because I just never needed to. The power band is so solid that I never needed to flex the engine at all. If I do get another bike I am going to go back to a +/- 250cc Dual Sport. This Interceptor is much more than I need, and much more than I am used to. I wish I hadn't fallen on the right side because that really distracts you from the important things. Also, I personally know the previous owner and he sold it when he got a cruiser (which also better fits his relaxed riding style). I will post anything else I think of, but in the meantime feel free to ask me questions. Good Luck bidding! On Oct-08-10 at 14:53:34 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: The bike now has about ~30 more miles on the odo because I took it up to the dealership to have the Oil/Filter changed (Honda GN-4 Oil, Honda Filter), chain lubed, and "Honda Care Inspection." Of course, copy of the receipt will be provided if the bike sells. I also cleaned and waxed the bike, including the wheels, when I got home from the service appointment. Looks really nice with the wheels being free from brake dust and chain lube! Also Note: The bike may have a few more miles by Sunday night after seeing at the forecast for this weekend! Good Luck!
