Here we have a 64 Dart GT convertible with 318 2v (5.2 litre) V8 that has recently been rebuilt. Car also has Power steering that works perfect and does not leak. Also Power convertible top that goes up and down but has no canvas. Will need a new top canvas. Everything in this car works. The lights, blinkers, brakes lights dash lights, speedo, all gauges. Car has a Push button 3 speed automatic. New parts..Gas Tank, Sending unit, Fuel pump, 2V carb, axle seals, trans front seal, pan gasket and filter replaced and trans tune up. New master cylinder, front wheel cylinders, rear wheel cylinders, flex lines, brake shoes. wipers also work. Car has Monroe Airshocks in the rear. The E-Brake works as well. I have been driving this car all summer and it is in good running condition. Mechanically this car is in good condition. The body does have some rust here and there but nothing major. The floor boards were repaired by me. They are now good and solid and need no further work. The original hood was missing when I got the car and the one on there now is rust free and in good shape. The engine is from a 78 dodge truck and runs very well. Has new dual exhaust that I installed my self but its just strait pipes with no mufflers so it sounds kinda mean. There is a slight exhaust leak at the manifold and I'm working on a fix for that. The car is a good driver and would be easy to restore. The frame rails are in good condition. I have been all over this car and it has no major body or frame issues. Any questions feel free to ask. I'm still working on the car and may make improvments not shown in the pix. I just installed the original red carpet and floor matts. That is not shown in the pix. I used to work as a Chrysler Mechanic and I have went over the whole car mechanically and it is in good shape and ready to drive. The reserve is set below what I have in the car. Has the proper Chrsler hardware holding it together. body needs restored but is in decent condition and good enough as a driver car. All the glass is good and rolls up and down. The car was inspected by DMV in Ohio and the Vin tag matches the title and its a clear title in my name. I currently have it regitered with a antique plate.On Sep-29-10 at 20:58:06 PDT, seller added the following information: In one of the pix below, you can see the replacement front pan that has been recently installed. This car has not been in a Ohio winter and everthing comes apart like it should. I did some welding work to the left front fender where it attaches to the front pan. everything lines up well. I will try to get another picture of the front to show the new pan. The U-joits have been replaced to. The drivline is very smooth with no vibration or noises. Brakes are completely rebuilt and work like new. The stainless trim\chrome pieces are in very good shape with no damage that I can see. The bumpers are strait as are the bumper brakets. The front bumper was recently removed and reinstalled.The cat whiskers around the doors need replaced. The front door panels are in bad shape and need repaired\restored. They are not on the car at this time. Does have good arm rests on the inside just need the cardboard door panels replaced or repaired.On Oct-01-10 at 18:33:00 PDT, seller added the following information: I bought a few more trim parts for this car today. I now have the correct dash ashtray with aluminum cover trim and the correct AM radio with aluminum trim cover and knobs. I did not realise these parts were missing\wrong untill I saw them on ebay. This car has a Power Top and it goes up and down very good. The pump and cyliders hydralic lines are in very good shape with no leaks. The top frame itself is also in good shape and is complete. The top latches are also in good shape and work good. The wiring for the convertible top is original and in good shape. The convertible up\down switch also works well. I meant to get a pic of the switch. Its under the dash and is like a knob that turns left and right for up and down.On Oct-04-10 at 17:49:36 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that the Top Frame has been adjusted and alinged in preperation for canvas installation.
