You are bidding on a 2002 Land Rover Freelander SE. I am the second owner of this vehicle and has not been smoked in. This car was bought for my daughter who is now in college and no longer needs the car. I had the car up for sale and prior to putting the car up for sale, there were no problems with the car. During test driving of the car, mechanical issues have arisen. I have taken the vehicle to Land Rover of Gwinnett in Atlanta and it is now needing: Timing Belt and Timing Belt Tensioner, Spark Plugs, Expansion Tank and Engine Belt. The body of the car is in great condition-no dents, no stains or tears in the seats, airbags in tact, etc. I have just put a new set of tires and a battery on this vehicle about 6 months ago, costing $700.00. As you can see from the pictures, the car has been well cared for and very clean-inside and out. This car is loaded with options-power windows, locks, cruise control, intermittent wipers, AM/FM stereo with CD player, floor mats, good spare tire, complete tool kit and automatic transmission with optional sport manual shifting for all-terrain drive. Rear seats fold flat for large cargo. The engine is a V6, 2.5l. The engine will start and the car will drive, however, the Check Engine light flashes and I have been advised by Land Rover not to drive the vehicle until the repairs have been made. The only cosmetic issue with the car is the headliner is now coming down in the front of the vehicle at the driver and passenger seats.
