1979 Honda CR

This is a 1979 Honda Cr 250 "The Red Rocket". This bike was never raced and is all original except for the 4 inches of new fuel line I recently installed. As you can see in the pictures it is very clean but does have scuffs and scratches on the aluminum tank and the fenders. The gas tank and the pipe are dent free. The muffler does have a dent about the size of a dime. This bike is nice and tight and very fast. The only thing the bike needs is a good pair of after market shocks in the rear to replace the stock one's. The bike is not a "trailer queen" but it does have great eye appeal. The winning bidder can pick the bike up in Michigan or I can deliver it Oct. 9, 2010 at the Vintage bike weekend at Barber Motorsports Park in Leeds, Alabama.
