Hello and welcome to my auction. Mechanics special here! Up for auction today is a 1992 GMC Sierra 4x4 Extended cab pickup truck in need of some work. I bought this truck with the intentions of fixing the engine and putting a plow on it for snow removal. I have decided not to do snow removal anymore and I have no need for this truck. The truck is a 1992 GMC 1500 4x4 with a V8-Automatic transmission. I purchased the truck from a fellow who said it needed a motor. I have never verified this. I bought the truck stuck it in my yard and havent touched it since. The truck has a pretty straight body, there are a few dents here and there typical with any work truck. There is some rust on the cab corners which is normal for these at this age but not that bad. Bumper has some rust, and frame has some surface rust. Engine is in tack but the truck does not run. The truck is missing the radio and the battery. The tires on the truck are fairly new with plenty of tread on them. The previous owner has told me that the 4x4 does work but I have never verified this. This would make a perfect project truck or plow truck for someone who has the time to put into it. V8 chevy engines are pretty easy to come by and cheap. The truck is located in Morton PA 19070 and is available for view by appointment anytime.
