1972 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX (will list more info in about an hour, please don't bid yet) On Sep-24-10 at 01:31:09 PDT, seller added the following information: 1972 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX 400 c.i.d. V8 engine, automatic transmission. A great American Muscle car classic. In nice shape both in and out. EXTERIOR: Recent paint job in original color of metallic Forest Green, looks excellent. Straight lines with no accidents or dents. Chrome is still in excellent shape with no pitting or rust. All emblems and mouldings are in good shape as are all the glass windows. Tires are good and hubcaps are original that came with the car. License plates have been re-painted. INTERIOR: All original interior has not been molested or altered in any way. No cracks in the dash or console. All trim is present and in good shape including the "wood decal" areas. Door panels have no cracks or missing pieces, very nice with original carpet on bottom. Headliner is intact and complete but does have two minor rips on opposite edges. Front and rear seats are original and are comfortable and in good shape, but they do have some seam rips. Carpet is complete and intact but the pas. front area does have some minor discoloration. ENGINE: Good power and acceleration. Engine area was power washed and detail, and Carb. cover was repainted and has the original sticker. A new water pump was put in about 2 weeks ago. Carb does need some attention, there is some hesitation when you floor it. FLAWS: Rear tail light reflector is broken, Rear bumper has a rust spot just below the reverse light, plastic around rear license plate is missing small pieces, Trailer hitch is rusted, there are several small dings on the car that can be seen in the reflection, driver's ext. door handle is missing a spring, and does not spring back, but does ope the door. Outside Pas. mirror is the wrong one, not working properly, Trunk tension bars to keep trunk lid open are off, so trunk lid does not stay up. front nose emblem is missing. center arm rest had a piece missing that was repaired and painted, rear deck had some water damage and rear moulding (directly under window) has rust on it. Pas. window goes up very slowly, radio is not working, AC is not blowing cold On Sep-24-10 at 01:40:06 PDT, seller added the following information: Car is currently registered and clean title in my name. SMOG EXEMPT in CA.
