The first owner went to Germany and picked it up at the factory in 1986, and sold it in 2006 due to his age. The second owners bought it to convert to WVO/Biodiesel. They realized it was not a project they were prepared for, and sold it to me in 2007. They added heated fuel filter, fuel lines and injector lines, along with an upgraded alternator and auxillary in-line fuel pump. I have never ran alternate fuel, nor did they, but the equipment is installed. The car was in Phoenix for all but the last couple years. It's been garaged its whole life. I put 50,000 miles on it in 2/12 years with no problems. AC doesn't work, sun roof gets stuck every now and then, but works. Tires are michelen- 50% left. The SDL is the streched version of the 300SD- huge leg room in the back. Still has the first aid kit. Also have the original buyers invoice of $43k+. 6 cylinder runs strong, doesn't burn oil. It just goes. I did add a headbolt heater so I can start it easily in any weather. Starts at zero with no headbolt heater. Please contact me if you have any questions.
