1978 Dodge Monaco Station Wagon- For sale is a 1978 Dodge Monaco Wagon. The car was originally from Idaho. It is in overall good condition. Recent work has included: new starter, new fuel pump, dropped fuel tank and cleaned, new belts, brake job, new 2bl holley carburetor, altogether $3000 invested in making the car reliable. (all receipts available on request) Nice road feel for this wagon. Was once the top end of the dodge line. Last year for the Monaco Wagon. Car has the original 360 cu in engine. Lean burn system has been disconnected...... as is the case for most all of these cars. Have looked all over....you won't find another one of these intact. Less than 2000 of them were made in 1978. Orginally an A/C car, parts are missing. Also original radio included but not working. Rear window does work. Paint is fair to good, no rust. Looks like the rear quarter may have been repaired at one time. This is a really cool car that has a great 70's look. I have too many projects and am moving on. Could be a really original driver or could do a really interesting resto mod. Car gets a lot of looks and attention. I don't need to sell the car and will wait for a fair price.
