Please rescue my beloved Z and put it back on the road where it belongs! An evil hit-and-run driver rear-ended me and left the Z with body damage that crumpled the back half of the unibody. The body shop says they can fix it, but I decided to get a newer car and put this one up for sale as-is. It’s a handsome car that’s a dream on the road. With a little time and money, you’ll have one of the best Z’s around. The interior is clean, and I’ve had regular mechanical maintenance done. It’s a rare Z that has only 81K original miles! This car has been adult-owned all its life and woman-owned (by me) for10 smoke-free years. I’ve put only 12K miles on it during that time because I drove it only for pleasure. Except for the past 3 years, it was garaged year-round (20 years). Although in great condition, the few interior has some flaws: the headliner needs to be reglued (typical for Z’s of this age), the glove box lock doesn’t work, but I have a brand-new glove box ready to install; the console lid needs a new hinge/bracket. The sound system is kick-#$&*!, but the accident seems to have jostled loose a couple of speaker wires. Check out the 2 Jensen power amps in the photos (one is 300 watts, the other 400). The car is in mechanically great condition, too, but the accident bent the right rear fender into the tire and so it can’t be driven at the moment. All it needs is a strong person with a crowbar to bend it away, and it’s drivable again. Also, the hatch doesn't close properly now, and the passenger door has to be pushed open from the inside. I’ve documented the body damage in as much detail as possible.
