1969 Triumph Bonneville

This is a stunning example of the Triumph to have. This 1969 Triumph Bonneville is one beautiful piece of machinery. It is a matching numbers motorcycle. It appears to be an not that old of a restoration, and looks great. There are a few flaws here and there, but you will not be disappointed with how good this bike looks. I have tried to show what few flaws that I could find in the pictures. The tank has a couple of spots, as does the rear fender. These really are not that noticable, but they are there. The front wheel has one or two dark spots in the chrome, but shine great everywhere else. The rear wheel has a spot where the chrome has chipped off. They are Dunlop rims and I am assuming they have been rechromed. There are avon tires installed with plenty of miles left. The bike was bought from the widow of the man who had it restored. Not a lot of info was available as to who did the work and the extent of what work was done. The bike runs and rides great. It has a Boyer ignition installed and usually starts on the first kick. It really runs and rides out great. Nothing is like an old bonnie! The Amal carbs appear to be the originals. They may need to be fine tuned a bit. The wiring appears to be mostly original with a few new wires where shorts may have been. The pictures really speak for themselves. This is a beautiful bike.
