MUST GO!!! Bought this bike in great condition two years ago. I've been going to school and haven't had the time or money to put the work into it that I wanted to. It has been kept in my garage during this entire time, but I just moved to a new place without a garage, so now I'm just trying to get rid of it and move on with my life (I might be moving out of state soon). The bike hasn't ran for about a year, it was towed to my new place, and I don't have a title or bill of sale in hand. The reason some of the plastics are off the bike is for protection from sand and wind erosion (Florida coasts are notorious for that). It has been dropped once, but there are only a few small scratches on the left side. There is also no key for locking the seat (The previous owner didn't have one). Serious bidders only, and do so only if you have the money to do so. If you have any questions about the title issue, or anything else, feel free to shoot me a message, and I will not hesitate to help and answer your concern to the best of my ability. Thanks! On Sep-16-10 at 07:20:55 PDT, seller added the following information:No, there is no lean on the bike and it is not stolen. When I purchased the bike from the previous owner two years ago, I was given the title and bill of sale, but put it off a bit so I could focus on school. When I moved (college student, live in a new place pretty much every year), the idiots at the apartment complex thought I was completely done moving out, and threw away whatever was still in there. This included the title and bill of sale.On Sep-16-10 at 14:15:15 PDT, seller added the following information:Well since the title was never transferred into my name, it is still in the old owner's name and he was a resident of Florida. I'm assuming to process would be to just get in contact with the previous owner, and order a duplicate title. Then he could go ahead and transfer the title to you through a bill of sale, like a normal vehicle sale. Like I said, I could of taken care of all this, but I just don't have the time or money to put forth the effort. Not to mention I will be eventually be moving back up north, where I would have no reason to have a bike.On Sep-17-10 at 15:18:01 PDT, seller added the following information:As to why it doesn't run... Well since I neglected it for so long, I'm assuming it's something as simple as either a battery recharge, or a new one altogether. There were no problems at the time of my purchase, so that makes the most sense to me.
