It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

An immediate non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to be paid within 24 hours of auction close via PayPal. Vehicles will not be delivered until FULL payment has been received. Buyer must present payment in full within 5 days of purchase. We do not offer financing on any of our items for sale. You must have all of your money ready prior to purchasing the item. We accept money orders, cashier checks, cash, or certified check in person for payment. We will NOT accept credit. We will be accepting PayPal for the initial (non-refundable) $500.00 deposit. We will not accept PayPal for the full purchase amount. Full payment must be received with in 5 days.

Vehicles are sold As-Is unless an existing manufacturer warranty is still in affect. As the consumer it is your sole responsibility to fully read the description provided and look closely at all the photos. Please also remember that no matter how nice vehicles may appear to be, it is still a used and there is no such thing as a perfect used vehicle.
