1970 Ford Thunderbird, 2 Door, 429 CID, (360 Hp), Odometer 76,667, VIN 0Y84N122250; Exterior: Chestnut Bronze Metallic, Interior: Black Cloth, Black Vinyl Sports Top; AM/FM Stereo Radio, Automatic Climate Control, Sequential (rear) Turn Signals, Variable Speed Wipers, Positive Traction (rear axle). Good condition, could be easily restored to like new condition. History - Purchased this Thunderbird in 1974. It was driven on "date night" and later on trips and family vacations (not a commuting vehicle). Stored in garage since 1988, last licensed in 1991, started and driven short distances only occasionally since. Carburetor removed and rebuilt by specialist in 2008, reinstalled but only roughly adjusted. Poured a small amount of fresh gas in it on 09/06/2010, started it on its own battery, ran it about an hour in driveway then drove it around the block and parked back in garage. Needs running and may need final carburetor (choke) adjustment to idle well when cold. Should be serviced (oil change etc.) before driving on long trip. Condition - Paint is good but has typical shopping center nicks and scratches. Golf ball dent in hood. Small rust spots in paint at rear wheels. Two small dents in rear bumper. Two small trim pieces missing, one is in trunk. Tire tread very good, one tire is same type but tread does not match others. Washer fluid reservoir top cracked. AC operates but low on coolant. Will supply three cans of real R12 to purchaser. Radio works, some spark noise, started when spark plugs were changed a year or two ago. May be a bad spark plug wire.
