this car has a numbers matching 455 and a AUTOMATIC TRANNY the car has never had a 4speed in it yet the original window sticker states it is a 4 speed car. the engine , tranny were rebuilt by previous owner, i have owned it since 2006. Other owner states new wires,radiator,waterpump,motor mounts and tranny mounts, new dash skin, new carpet, all new weatherstripping, i have all the original paperwork for the car, the car was #246 sold new for 5725.75. if any one has any questions feel free to email me @ k_lippert@yahoo.com and i will call you back. the car needs blocked and reprimed painted and reassembled. this is a great solid project, there is a small dime size rust hole in the trunk other than that all other areas that needed attention have been addressed, we did put two new door skins on the car. I have 4 speed pedals for the car. It needs front windshield, headliner and steering wheel assembly. I have the PSH report and original window sticker. On Sep-14-10 at 12:45:06 PDT, seller added the following information: anyone want to check on the ZA here is pontiac powers web site look @ http://www.pontiacpower.net/engcode01.html for all of the engine codes, states a california 455 number, also i posted the best shot i could get on the number all i can read is 22 ----- 27 im sure if the water pump was off and i wasnt laying under the car there may be a few numbers inbetween. Once again i have service records on the car since new window sticker and i have spoken to the original owners son for the information i am posting.On Sep-15-10 at 06:43:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Just off the phone with Jim Mattison @ PHS there is no designation for a 4speed vs a auto. besides the motor code and rearend gearing. There is nothing on the PHS report either. His opinion is that the factory has screwed up and misprinted the window sticker since the tunnel has never been cut. I do not know what the rearend gearing is. Also all of the parts minus the windshield and headliner are with the car.
