Vehicle Detail
I bought this car five years ago with the intent of fixing it up. I drove it for one summer then parked it in the garage and it sat there for five years. During the summer I drove it, it was very hard to start the first time each day without putting a few drops of gas in the carbs. Then it would start easily. The engine ran strong with the only problem being a small oil leak from the valve cover gasket. It is rusty but all the body panels and floor pans are available from www.international-auto.com. There is a problem with the wiring, not all the lights work all the time. I am including a full size wiring diagram (16 feet long). this will make re-wiring a lot easier. When backing up the transmission jumps out of reverse unless you keep your hand on the gear shift. The car has been setting in my garage for five years. I put a battery in it a few drops of gas on the carbs and it started right up. I backed it out of the garage to take picture of it. The engine has two weber carbs on it. I want to sell this car because my interests have change from cars to motorcycles and I need the space, In New York State, Cars this old don't have titles Ownership is transferred by signing over the registration.
