1959 MG MGA 1500 A rare gem is found! This "barn find" was garaged since it 1976, preserved and complete! This classic MG has had only 2 owners, and was owned by the second owner since 1963. Comes with original California black plates, pink slip from 1963, manual and workshop manual to help with restoration! This is the ideal car for a hassle free restoration. The body is straight, all fitting still on the car except for a few minor ones. Chrome parts still on the car, including a rare front bumper guard. This is a dry body down to the frame; there is no rust! Comes with original spare tire and tools! The interior is well preserved with still all original dials and knobs, radio, steering wheel, door and dash components. Seats and seat frames are in great shape with original upholstery. The interior floor is dry and rust free. All windows in good shape, window regulators work, but the rear window is missing. Wheels are original, and in good shape, ready to be polished or re-chromed. The engine is complete. Car Vin, engine serial and heater unit serial still intact and visible. At some point the engine was rebuilt, but after some starting problems, the second owner never fixed it and just stored it since it was last operational in 1976. Since then the car has not moved and remained complete and intact covered in a garage. Odometer states 40K, but probably is more since it exceeded capability of the odometer. No damage visible anywhere on the body except a dent in the front near the grill. This is the ideal restoration project!
