2004 Honda Rubicon 500 click picture to enlarge click picture to enlarge Included in this auction is a 2 inch lift kit that can be put on this ATV. Up for auction is a 2004 Honda Rubicon 500cc. Its color is green. Mileage is almost 2400. I have owned this atv since 2004 when I bought it new. I have used it mostly for trail riding, and also for working. The snorkel was put on two years ago and has been by far the best aftermarket accessory I have put on this atv. The places this atv can go are almost endless. It is capable of taking on water all the way up to the handlebars right now, but could be made to go deeper with a longer snorkel tube which can easily be made at home. Other aftermarket parts include 26inch ITP 589 tires, K&N filter, and a Dynojet jet kit. The transmission can used in either automatic (Hondamatic) or push button shift (ESP). When in automatic the driver can switch between D1 and D2 modes. There is also a Low gear which can he used in auto or manual shift. The Hondamatic transmission is amazing in the way that it is completely waterproof and will not slip like belt driven transmissions in most other brand atvs. It is all time four wheel drive. CONDITION: This atv runs very strong and has no engine problems. I must stress that this atv HAS BEEN RIDDEN so it is not in perfect cosmetic shape. It has normal scratches on the plastic from trail riding, and the wheels also have scratches all of which are not major other than one dent on the back right wheel. A small plastic piece is missing on the right side below the seat along with the cover for the back storage compartment. The brakes need to be serviced which will only cost around $150 at most any atv shop. Other than these minor things, it is in great shape and is ready to be ridden. It has been garage kept since I bought it and the oil has been regularly changed.
