1999 SAAB 9-5 2.3 4cyl turbo/5 speed manual transmission. I am the third owner of this fine automobile. ALL owners were over 50 years old so it was never driven hard or abusively! There is no body damage, just the usual parking lot dings and all doors/hood/trunk operate perfectly! This automobile was maintained with an open check book, so all parts used were OEM SAAB! I have a clear Massachusetts Title in hand ready to transfer upon proper payment. I have receipts for recent work which involved: Rear brake pads and rotors (Ceramic) Front brake pads and rotors (Ceramic) Front flex pipe and catalytic converter Center muffler assembly Crank shaft sensor Fuel pump (SAAB OEM) Receipts for tires (they have approx 30,000 miles on them but are in good condition.) Tires are filled with Nitrogen for better handling) The following were also replaced: Engine oil cooler lines replaced front headlight lenses replaced in March Battery replaced January 2010 Alternator Starter Wiper motor and wiper arms Power window rollers on both front doors replaced This car starts, runs and drives very well. I have taken it on long trips and I average at 70 MPH 32 mpg. The clutch is good and overall, I rate the car as an 8. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere! The climate control works perfectly! NO hot spots or issues with broken heater doors and the air conditioning blows ice cubes! The seats are full leather and have no rips and are in very good condition. The car has passed Massachusetts Inspection for both safety and emissions. The following work fine and as they should with NO issues: Passenger and driver's side power seats Heated seats are awesome! Cruise Control Sunroof has NO leaks! Automatic truck release and fuel tank release work perfectly Power locks work great! Remote works A OK! Power windows on all doors are fine No cracks in any glass ENTIRE rear defroster window works completely! Climate control works SUPER! Harmon Kardon Stereo system with assette and CD. SID on climate control works perfectly! NO oil leaks/coolant leaks! uses NO oil! I have used MOBIL ONE 10W30 and changed every 4,000 miles. The car has averaged 20,000 miles per year. There are a couple of things that you should be aware of: Driver's side cornering/fog light has a broken lens The SID/trip computer has pixels out The hazard flasher switch needs to be replaced for cosmetics. It works fine. The roof is a bit dull and needs to be buffed out. Needs a gas cap as if it is not tightenned properly, the check engine light will come on and show a code for "Evaporative emissions system, leak small" which is indicative of a bad gas cap. It only happens if I do not turn the gas cap a full turn tight. The original tool set and spare is in the trunk and complete. Please look at all the attached photos and ask me any questions that may pop up. I can assist with transport by having it ready when your shipper calls. While this is a fine car that I drive everyday in a suit and tie, it is 11 years old, but runs down the road straight, no shakes and no issues that I know of. It will NOT stain your driveway when you park it. By far, it is one of the best autos I have ever owned and has never let me down!On Sep-06-10 at 16:08:24 PDT, seller added the following information: The AUTO CHECK report rates this auto as a "57" only due to the mileage. The report has no negative data in it except for the mileage, which is not high, but closer to normal. The car is a 1999, so it is 12 years old. That only amounts to 16,300 miles per year! These cars are noted for going to 300,000. I have a 1995 9000 that has 272,000 miles and a 2000 9-5 that just broke 223,000. NO issues. Do not let the mileage scare you, these are engineered to last and run a LONG time if they are cared for properly!
