The purchase price on this vehicle was $59,635 on 10/31/00. I have owned this car for the last 5 years and have put on almost 56K miles on it during this time. The original sales contract have been scanned and included in the pictures. Includes Operation manuals Original Glossy sales brochures Factory navigation cd’s and Audiophile test cd’s Valet key 4 BMW keys with unlock/lock controls Recent work performed 8/17/2010 front brakes flex lines and brake fluid flush 6/2/2010 New set of rear Falken tires 3/26/2010- Intake manifold resealed, valve covers, plugs, intake manifold cover and PS supply hose replacement and regular service 2/9/2010- Thermostat replaced and Control arm bushings were installed 1/2/2010- Wellman performance pads and new vented rotors installed in all 4 positions 10/2/2009- Cooling system R and R including belts, hoses, tensioner, water pump/radiator . Car has been in four very minor accidents during the last 10 years: The original owner ran over ladder on a busy highway and tore up the lower front bumper and bent a wheel. Wheel was repaired. 1st owners wife drove off with the fuel nozzle attached at the pump and damaged the gas tank door. It was replaced and repainted. 89 year old women tapped me in the rear and scratch the rear bumper cover- This area was sanded, filled and blended. While the Sirius radio was being installed the technician hit the back wheel lip and put a small dent in the unit – it was repaired to a high level. I currently have one open issue with this car. It needs the steering sensor in the column replaced and its turning on the yellow DSC lamp. I have a write up from my German Car repair specialist from 8/17/10 which says its going to need a steering angle sensor installed ( the BMW part is $280). I will include a LH Borla M5 rear muffler and collector pipe at the buy in now price- my plan was to add this item and remove the resonator and trim the rear lower valance but I never got around to it. This has been a great car and it runs excellent and has aggressive handling characteristics. The paint is in excellent condition for a 9 year old vehicle. It has always been parked in a covered parking garage during the day and in the house garage at night with both owners. Its time for me to sell this Classic BMW V8 and move on. This vehicle still has plenty of life left in it. I have an eBay rating of 100% and I have sold some of my classic mustang convertibles on eBay in the past so you can buy with confidence.
