Vehicle Detail

1967 Buick Skylark, 2 Door Sports Coupe. Green, Black Vinyl Top. Just shy of 120,000 miles on the Original 300 2 Barrel, & 2 speed Automatic Trans. Car runs, but needs some work. Recently Installed, New Battery, New Coil, Rebuilt Alternator & New Voltage Regulator, Tune Up ( New Spark Plugs, Distributor Cap & Rotor, PCV Valve, High Performance Accel Spark Plug Wires) New Upper & Lower Radiator Hoses, Oil Filter. New Flowmaster 2 1/2 inch Complete Stainless Steel Dual Exhaust, Professionally Installed, by Meineke ( Exhaust is Connected to the Stock Manifolds, Not Headers) Amazing Deep Tone, Stock 14" wheels have been Replaced with 15" Keystone Klassics, with B.F Goodrich T/A Radials, with 1,500 - 2,000 miles on them. Aside from the Exhaust & Tires and Rims, the car is 100% Stock and Factory Original. Equipped with Power Steering, Power Windows, Factory A/C (Don't know if A/C works, didn't have a belt when I got it 2 years ago, and I never got around to getting one) Car has All of its original Trim & Molding, most in Very Good to Excellent condition. I have the Original Rear Fender Skirts, & Never cut off the Mounting tabs. Body is Very Solid, has a few Minor Dents & some Rust, the Only Rot, is a Small portion of the Lower Rear Quarter Panels. Needs a New Paint Job. Interior is Very Good Condition, the only tear on the seats, is the Lower Drivers Seat, & the Carpet needs to be replaced. Door Panels, Headliner, Dash, Rest of the seats are All Original & in Very Good Condition. The Original Side View Mirror has been replaced, with a $100.00 Chrome Aftermarket, Stock Style Mirror, with the Buick Tri Sheilds Engraved on the back. With All i've Already done, this is a very easy Restoration to complete. I just had Open Heart Surgery, & it will be Quite awhile before I would be able to resume, finishing the Restoration, so sadly I must sell the car. I almost forgot, I have 4 New Shocks, I never got around to installing, also an Electronic Ignition Conversion kit to replace the points, I started re painting the engine, & even though the 300 was Buick Green, I did 340 Buick Red & Black, I just think it's much nicer looking than the Green, & I have enough cans of Buick G.M Factory paint, to finish the job
