Hello and welcome to my auction I am listing this truck for a friend. You are bidding on a 1997 Ford F150 XL pickup truck. The truck has 198k on it but the transmission was recently rebuilt. Shortly after the transmission was rebuilt the head gasket went. At that time the truck was parked and a new truck was bought. I listed the truck as needing a motor as a worst case scenerio. You may get away with just headgaskets you may not. The truck does start from time to time but hydrolocks from the coolent in the chamber. As you can see from the pictures its your basic work truck that could use a little cleaning up. The body is in pretty good shape for its age. It has a few dents and scratches here and there. The interior could use a good detail and we do have the factory am/fm radio which will come with the truck. In all this would make a good project truck for someone or for a mechanic to fix and flip.
